Raiders of the Lost Orc are currently recruiting a handful of exceptional players to help support our raiding progress. We cleared all normal content in WoTLK and 8/12 ICC heroic, and are aiming for similar progress in Cataclysm!
We class ourselves as a relaxed but committed 10-man raiding guild with a strong social core. Our aims are both to down every 10-man encounter in the game and to earn as many 10-man achievements as possible to stretch and test ourselves.
We are looking for a select few who we hope will bring a lot to the guild outside of just their raid performance - we're after committed, mature players who know how to have fun and work as part of a well-ordered team. Although we're looking for highly skilled players, we're not looking for that at the cost of everything else. We're looking for good all-rounders who can perform well but also want to get involved, have fun, get to know people, form close bonds and be a full and important part of the guild.
You will form part of our raiding team and round out our options. You won't get a guaranteed spot on every raid, but we are recruiting to make sure that the success of our guild runs never rests on any individual's shoulders. We are building a team where players can swap in and out depending on availability and we need new players to enable us to do that. We currently raid 2-3 times a week for farming gear and progression raids. At the moment that includes Baradin Hold and Blackwing Descent. We tend to raid Thursdays and either Sundays or Mon/Tue. We usually raid 8-11ST but we start and finish 30 mins earlier on Sundays for a bit more shut-eye before going back to work on Mondays
We downed Magmaw for the first time last night and run Baradin Hold every week, so you don't need to be worried about being behind in terms of gear and needing to catch up - now is the ideal time to join!
We're particularly looking for healers and tanks but will consider any excellent applications. To apply and learn more about us please visit our website http://www.lostorc.net/
