Boots Dammit!

Ok, why don't the horde tanking boots match our set? Why am I stuck with glowing bright blue boots that look like I'm uplighting my own feet with garry-boy neons!

Seriously, this is game breaking for me. You guys can continue your discussions about hit cap, exp cap, diminishing returns, dodge vs parry, the benefits of mastery, avoidance capping and the theological stance of opposition parties in northern africa, but none of that matters anymore, none of it!

All that matters, the only thing of any importance right now and frankly the subject upon which tanks should be focussing their intellectual efforts is, and shall remain, why the feck don't my fecking boots match my gear!

Seems to me you just need to upgrade the legs atleast to some proper (359) legs ^^

Apart from that, girl or not, looks matter! (Then again, he's a tauren, don't see why gear even matters, he won't look any better.... Just less juicy)

If you are wearing all heroic blues and then get the epic boots from Wildhammer rep, you look silly. All the heroic blue tanking gear has a red color to it, but the epic boots are blue. It looks a little stupid. I assume that's what he's complaining about since I've noticed the same thing.

Blue matches the tabbard I got from Shadowmourne, it can stay for this first tier.

But after this warriors need to go to no nonsense colours and designs. All these silly glows and flashy details are for the pansy magic users. Warriors are about brute force alone.

Epic Therazane is in the works, I've just been really struggling for time outside raids recently, the joys of being a middle aged working man (see, man, not girl).

Boots are the DK model, whereas I believe alliance ones use the warrior model.

It's the only thing that bothers me about prot right now, seriously that's as bad as my worries get, everything else is just fine.

I gotta admit, 105% of the reason I play WoW is because I want to look awesome. First off, I'm the first to charge. I'm the one getting all attention from the monsters. I'm the one suffering the most damage. I'm the one inflicting the most threat. And my armor looks badass.
