[A] Bloodfeather-EU Replicant 10/12 Progressing fast

Hi, thanks for reading this recruitment post.

We are Replicant, a 25m Raiding guild on Alliance Bloodfeather-EU. We are looking for exceptional raiders to strengthen our core while we are going to progress in heroic encounters. (More up-to-date info Replicant.eu)
We had a slow start but progressing now quickly and we need fresh blood to help us progressing to the end of this expansion.
What do we need from you?

Activity
We want you as a raider to be active in raiding, we raid 5 days a week with fridays and saturdays off. We raid from 19.30 - 23.00. Perfect for the raiders who want challenging boss encounters and don't want to raid till midnight! (Because of early work in the next morning for instance)

Maturity
We don't want players who are mentally underaged. We expect from you to be positive, don't QQ and if you have complains we are always willing to help you out!

Skills
We expect from people to understand certain mechanics in 1 try, like 'Don't stand in the fire' mechanics. We want responsive raiding, raiders that act fast! You don't want to wipe because you have people in your raid that aren't paying attention. We expect that you pay attention then as well!

Gear
It is not that big of an issue that you lack a bit of gear, ofcourse having already good gear will give a + in your apply, but it's not something we will decline you on. We want to see that you put effort in your gear and get the most out of it, then we are willing to gear you up.

Sense of humor
Last but not least, raiding is about progressing and about fun, if you dont have fun while raiding, what is the point? We want to have a laugh but we want to be serious in encounters as well, if you find the perfect balance you should try us out!

What can you expect from us?

Website We have a perfect working website specially designed for our raiding environment with an active forum where all members are in. You can find almost all info about the guild on Replicant.eu

Sign up system We have a sign up system running on the website to see what members we have on that night, what raid setup we are going to get. This is perfect for people who are on work or on college and can't acces WoW. You can simply go to our website, login and accept or decline next upcoming raids!

Ventrilo We are ofcourse using ventrilo and the ventrilo will be used for outisde raiding activities as well. We are not just people who log on on raidtime and log off when the raid is over, we play other games as well!

Stability The guild is very stable with not a lot of drama, we have a very stable ventrilo with 99% uptime.


Realm info The realm is in the top50 of EU realms, to be honest that's not completely because of the Alliance side since the horde side is stronger in PvE. This has pro's as well. The queue times of BG's are instant unlikely on the horde side where the queue timers are arround 20 minutes.
We want to progress as well as far as the horde guilds but then in a better environment
