Usually PMing other users is a good thing, we encourage people to make friendships and stuffs on this site.
But... we had to implement a rule that it is an instant perma ban unique to PMing Sy.
...We had to keep him sane you see. The constant PM rush was driving him mad, like the ring drove Boromir mad.
