Would you like to see duel wield guns?

Would you as a hunter like to see duel wield guns? It would Be like the mechanics like Titans Fury just well...with 2 Guns. It would be a baseline spell learned and it would bring so much flavor and fun to the table!


Double Barrel - This spell allows you to duel wield guns and allows you to use your offhand gun melee range along with your 2h or 1h mainhand weapon. But your offhand gun damage only shoots auto shots and a .60 slower shooting rate. This would fall into MM spell book!

And I think it would fit alright because hunters auto attacks arent that strong as it is and within the spell I thought up im weakening the offhand drastically to even it out.

Thoughts? please add on to this id like to see it improved if there are any issues you can think of.

Personally I dont want to have to spend dkp or epgp on a second weapon that is already priced like a 2 hander... kind of cool idea but unrealistic.. have you ever tried to hold 2 rifles at the same time? or even worse, how would you shoot 2 bows at once? not to mention that they would have to add another equip slot, which would probably cause problems

Dual pistols, or dual hand x-bows would be nice. Whole lot of animation work though.

Hunters were OP for 3.3. The 3 key MM rotation was a joke. Now as SV we have so many choices for gems, enchants, reforges, and rotation priority that it is actually difficult.

EDIT: Hunters have a much higher skill cap now.

I don't really know if that would be a good idea as I don't know any human being that would effectively be able to dual-wield guns.

Pistols, on the other hand, would be totally awesome. A gunslinger class would be really cool, but it would totally destroy the lore.

Am I for the idea? Not really. I don't play Hunter so I couldn't care either way. The arguments against the idea are silly, however.\
Unrealistic? Oh my. A human couldn't manage to hold two rifles steady at the same time? Fair enough, the ORIGINAL TITANS GRIP IS COMPLETELY REASONABLE IN THIS FASHION HOWEVER. Oh my lord, bows??? Original Titans Grip doesn't allow you to dual wield pole arms.

This idea pretty much is the exact same thing as Titans Grip. So frankly, so far at least, the ideas against it are nothing short of silliness.

I love now people are talking "realistically"...Yes, because Humans can shoot fireballs, electricity from their hands, etc...If anything, Dual wielding two rifles is much more realistic than that....Please find better arguments...Just had to post to say that.

Demon hunter does it in D2, why can't WoW? I had a concept about this and made a post but haters whined. Bow is unrealistically but that's the only downside of it. Guns and Xbows should be fine. If this goes live I'd roll a male draenei Hunter...the rifle clocking animation is amazing, especially with 2x

I'm having trouble with how it would fit the class. Why would a hunter dual wield guns? They are hunters, not some triggerhappy cowboy.
