Are ppl really having trouble with cata raids?

Healing seems to be holding my guild back a lot. Those that were carried by how stupid easy it was in WotLK to heal are still not adjusting to the new system. It's getting pretty frustrating when I'm carrying the guild healer core as a resto shaman. =/

Me - Resto Druid - 12k HPS
Holy Priest - 10k HPS
Resto Shammy - 6k HPS

It's damn annoying
