Weapon Dmg

i got http://www.wowhead.com/item=59333 (haste --> Mastery) and my dmg on Character sheet Reads 2082-2804....but when i equip http://www.wowhead.com/item=65171 (not reforged) my dmg goes up to 2132-2821....now keep in mind this is Unbuffed...im just wondering how can Cookies Tend give me a higher overall dmg when Lava Spine has higher Dmg + Top End

Cookies Tenderizer is as good as 359 epic weapons. It is because the attack speed being slower by 0.2 seconds.

Edit: Actually if I were you, I would use Cookies Tenderizer. More mastery is yummy.

Let me explain the technical details to why this is happening .
Attack power gives an amount of dps (based on a formula i don't remember) which is then added to the DPS of your weapon and multiplied by the speed .
Which means (X + 462.3)*2.6 is less than (X + 409.6)*2.8 .
What this means is that slower weapons give you more raw damage for special attacks as Crusader Strike and such . I'd use Cookie's.

HotR is NOT normalized, but are you sure that Crusader Strike isn't normalized too?

Btw, for anyone who doesn't know: Weapon speed normalization treats every weapon of the same type as they had the same speed when calculating attack power. A 2.6 weapon gains the same damage from attack power as a 2.8 weapon.
