About Us :
At this point in time we are recruiting for our two 10-man Cataclysm groups. We take our raiding time seriously, and we raid to progress and compete with Maiev's top guilds. Our primary goal is to have fun, and to work together as a cohesive group. We are a well established raiding guild, achieving all Alliance 25-man firsts since Ulduar. Although we are shifting towards 10-man raiding for Cataclysm, we plan to continue our success and compete for server firsts.

Cataclysm Needs:
GROUP 1 IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A HARD MODE READY ROGUE/HUNTER! WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR A PROGRESSION READY TANK ANY NONBEAR WILL DO! THIS IS A CORE SPOT REPLACEMENT!

Death Knight - Blood
Druid - Balance
Hunter - Survival/Marksman
Mage - Open
Paladin - Holy/Protection
Priest - Disc/Holy/Shadow
Rogue- Closed
Shaman- Elemental/Resto
Warlock- Affliction/Destro/Demo
Warrior- Protection

** In short, we're currently looking for talented Ranged DPS, who can stay out of stuff, stand in other stuff and kill stuff at a decent rate.
Exceptional Healers/Tanks are always welcome.


Although some classes are closed, all exceptional applicants will still be considered. We are looking for experienced raiders who show exceptional knowledge of their class as a whole and are familiar with both their Main Spec and Off Spec.

If you have a tough schedule and are looking for part time raiding or raiding as a sub, spots are also open.

What do we expect from you?
* You should know your class extremely well, and read up on current theorycraft.

* You should be able to improve upon your mistakes, not repeat them. If you are unable to avoid environmental hazards or perform maximum amounts of healing / dps while doing so, we are not for you.

* You should maintain a 90%+ attendance ratio. We raid for approximately 10 hours per week, and do not recruit for the bench. If accepted, your trial period's attendance is even more strict.
