Correct me if i am wrong but i heard that the starfall count on single targets has been increased to 20, up from 10. however i just tried it on single target and only got 10 stars off, so am i just misinformed on the whole "20 stars on single target" thing?

i managed 3 stars in 20 seconds on a single target

From the main page here:

* Starfall no longer exceeds 20 stars within its duration.

'20 stars within it's duration' =/= 20 stars on a single target

exceeding 20 stars is not the same as no longer able to hit 20 stars (which is what the change was meant to allow).
it is also not the same as reducing the maximum from 10, to as little as 0 stars.

Since when has Starfall only hit a single target for 10 stars? I've never exactly counted before, but that seems odd, is it just an issue of them taking too long to fall for just one target for all 20 to get used?

on single target the fall speed was too slow to ever get 20.

this is pre patch when they speed was increased and these new bugs appeared
