cycling through targets in arena?

hello i just started doing some arena on my hunter, and i am having problem with switching between targets have always just used tab to target the closest target but that isn't very reliable is there a good way to simply cycle between the targets in 2v2? like a macro or an addon?

use gladius, click to target, right click to focus.

Gladius is good indeed, give it a whirl. It's nice how various different types of clicks on the unit frames can fire macros as well as abilities. For example you might want left click to select but alt+left click to be wyvern sting or scatter shot.
