This might be a complete newb question to something I'm overlooking, but does anyone know why HS is currently at 227% of your weapon damage? I thought they buffed it up to 175%, where is the extra 52% coming from?
Edit: Think I figured it out, it's calculating as if the target has 2 diseases on them for the 30% extra damage. Guess it's a tooltip error?

175 * 1.30 = 227.5
