Basic feral tank macros

I'm still a low level druid, but I was wondering if most feral tanks use macros for swipe, maul, mangle?

are there any must have macros for feral tanks that make life easier? because right now I seem to suck at playing my feral

well ferals have fewer buttons to press compared to other tank classes.
Pretty much all I do is to macro startattack to all my main abilities. And I would suggest not using maul at all at lower levels because of the high rage cost.

As long as you use Mangle and Thrash on cooldown there's not much you can do wrong as a bear. (and swipe if you're aoe tanking)

Just keep mangle up on all the targets(if it is AoE, switch targets and apply mangle to as many as you can) since it increases bleed damage taken. That means the damage from Maul, Lacerate, Thrash etc will be higher and you will have threat easy.

And on topic: I dont use any macros for feral tanking. Maybe there are some, but there is no macro that you absolute need to have in order to tank properly.

macros r fun tho aswell as useful. and theres no better time to learn em than when levelling a new toon tbh...
eres a few simple useful ones i use.

/cast[target=mouseover,exists] taunt or charge or faerie fire or skullbash or cyclone or roots or hibernate etc etc

/cast bear form or cat form
/cast bear form or cat form ..1 button press to get out of and back into bear or kitty form quickly for times if u got 0 rage n need a few, or to get out of slows etc

/cast enrage or tigers fury
/use whichever trinket or synapse springs etc ..quite nice for xtra pewpew

/cast faerie fire ..for when u get pro at bear ;p

You really don't need any macros, bear tanking is pretty easy in itself. There used to be macros with maul but you'll be energy starved if you do so now.

aye, there are tons of complicated lookin macros.. he asked for *basic* macros tho and you cant get any more basic than them few to start off.. and they work a treat, also with 1gcd.....

if ya just fekkin aboot then yea u probly dont need macros. if u gonna get kinda serious at either pve or pvp then macros/keybinds are gonna help a fair bit no??
