Suggestions about my elemental gear

I'm new to elemental shaman in this game and I'm bit confused if I've "gemmed" and "reforged" my gear correct, cause for me to get hit cap I needed to cut down a lot of haste and still needed to gem +40 spirit to actually reach the cap. I really need ideas how I can improve my gemming / reforging / enchanting. Here's my armory please feel free to comment.
