Sade is a FINNISH raiding guild from server Chromaggus. We are a semi-casual raiding guild that does 25man raids. Our main focus is to have good time and down new bosses together. Since we are a casual raiding guild, we understand that people have a real life, which means that they need to skip raids. Still, casual doesn't mean that you are free to do whatever you want in raids, or that you can join raids when it only benefits you (farm raids and then disappearing for the hard modes). We still want to do progress and to be one of the top guilds in our realm. Hence, we require atleast 75 % attendance for our raids. While raiding you need to have 100% focus, your own flasks and food buffs and have your gear gemmed/enchanted properly. Also, we require you to search information about the future heroic fights and understand them, and not solely rely on your raid leader. You also need to be able to take critic and learn from your mistakes.
We can offer for active raiders a fair and rewarding dkp system and a working ventrilo system.
