Blizzard has always operated on their own time schedule - specifically, they have their own special definition of the word "Soon". To Blizzard, "Soon" means, "When it's damn well ready and we're happy with it, and not a millisecond before. Unless something screws up. Then it MIGHT be a millisecond before. And we'll hotfix it shortly after, so we're happy with it again."
