MM 4.0.6 help!

Basically, i'm MM and i have no idea what i should be gemming or what my shot priority/rotation is for regular fights - not burning phases etc etc.

Please! this is really getting at me. would anyone be able just to give me the soft caps or something and the pecking order of what i should be gemming?
And if possible what i should be enchanting each piece of gear with!

The shot priorit is aimed 2x steady aimed 2xsteady aimed untill below 80% then its a priority list which is CS - Aimed Shot - SS
