The spells affected by Purification will be doing 125/110 = 13.6% more healing, unless I'm mistaken.
Let me run through the talents real quick and I can get you some numbers. You have to account for all healing modifiers.

According to my napkin math (and it really is since out at lunch currently), this will be a 13.6% buff to our current heals. That is figured by 125/110 = 1.136. Pretty nice imo.
Darn! Beat me to it!
Actually you can predict how much of a buff this will be without Int or Healing Spell Power or anything like that. That's why we use base modifiers.
To be honest with you, it's the way that they are bringing it in that I am annoyed with.
All the way through beta people were saying resto shamans were low in HPS, very few changes throughout the beta process. (as well as all the complaints about lacking healing cooldowns)
All the way through 4.0.3 people were saying shamans were really low, we got no feedback (while the other healing classes got a load of changes and feedback)
in 4.0.6 we got VERY modest healing buffs that were nowhere near enough and were clearly never going to be near enough and its taken them until AFTER the patch was brought in to fully acknowledge the problem. They then brought in the easiest possible fix to the specialisation.
Sorry if I'm too cynical about how Blizzard are treating this class, but come on... how long would Paladins have been waiting if their performance was as low as ours?
I agree, Blizz likes to keep us shamans at arms length, but it's simply due to the fact that MORE people play pallies and priests and such than shamans--that's just the way the cookie crumbles.
I'm actually scared this buff is TOO good, then we'll get knee-jerked back down. I take buffs with every damn grain of salt I can find.

Seriously, panem et circenses.
They will hotfix Purification, it will get OP probably (10% to 25%? everyone else will QQ about it, i think so), and then they will nerf again and realize we don't need ONLY higher numbers, but the already stated Cooldown and a rework on CH/HR.
But yeah, I liked it. However, I think it's a band-aid and not a cicatrization.
Although you can calculate how much more healing we'll be doing per spell, it's tougher to figure out the overall impact.
Since our heals do more, we'll wind up having to cast less spells, and use cheaper spells at that. IE, we won't have to break out the big stuff quite as often. This means we'll also be saving mana, which lets us keep going longer.
All i have to say is...
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!
I am thoroughly excited for this!
I mean, although I managed to hit a 69k Greater Healing wave crit last night (thanks to Mandala proc + Unleash Elements), I still found our heals to be lacking behind the other specs, mainly Holy Priests and Paladin. At least now we can get closer to their level.
Hell yeah. First I find out Radio Head is dropping a CD soon and now this! I'm gonna go play the lotto. Also they are taking a look at our CDs next major patch? Now they are getting my hopes high.
"Before them the earth shakes, the heavens tremble, the sun and the moon darkened, and the stars no longer shine."
As they said in the blue post, they expected the nerf to Holy priests and paladins to bring them further down. That didn't work as well as they hoped, they're worried about nerfing those specs TOO much, and monkeying with raid mechanics is rather complicated. So they're just buffing us in exactly the way they designed the new Mastery and talent specializations to allow for.
Seriously, people need to stop complaining and bitching about buffs like this. Blizzard is hearing us, and is making changes to improve the class. Whining that it wasn't done yesterday, or psychically before there was any real info that there was a problem, is ridiculous.
This is probably the lames way to buff healing they could have come up with... Disappointing.
I guess shamans needed some help but not like this, this is just... yea, lame.
/sigh
It is a buff and there are more complaints than there are cheers of joy. This is a buff across the board. It's not 1 spell. It's all of them. Seriously this is an improvement. If you can't see that then go away.
