Deterrence?!

It may be just a bug or just back this way, but didn't they changed it so we can use it while disarmed? I apologize if i didn't see any fixes that says so.

Just now during a bg with a rogue on me i get disarmed and couldn't use it ... i thought it was a bug but then on each disarm i couldn't use it.
On description it still says you need melee weapons.

My tool-tip still states that I must have weapons yet I have used it many times after being disarmed; BG's and Arenas alike.

I tried to use Deterrence the other day in TB and I got the "must have melee weapon equipped" message too. Not on a private server, either.

This is incorrect, the patch notes stated it can be used while disarmed but you can not in fact use it while disarmed. go to arena junkies and read the hunter forums. It's confirmed this change never made it live.
