<Originality Inc> is a relatively new 10 man guild on the Silvermoon EU realm. The guild was formed by various old friends from as far back as Molten Core raiding on the pretence that all our members be the very best they can be. We aim to be a very progressive raiding guild, seeing and besting content as it comes. All of our members have vast raiding experience with most being in top end raiding guilds at some point during their time on Warcraft. At present our progress is 2/13 HC and we will be attempting more various heroic modes in the upcoming resets.

We are very social and as such we like our members to log on voice communication programs outside of raid hours and socialise with us in a more relaxed setting. In addition to this you must be able to attend most, if not all of our raid days. Obviously we appreciate that people have lives and some events are unforeseen, but we are looking to not over recruit to allow for as little player rotation as possible. Because of this our recruitment will be quite strict so that we are absolutely sure that you are the player for us. Raid days and times will be specified below.

What we expect from you:

- A high level of communication. You must be able to speak clearly on, and understand what is asked of you on mumble. An example is to call out when you’re out of mana, you need cooldowns used and when you use your own.
- A high attendance rating to stop or minimise player rotation
- An experienced raider who can adapt and learn from mistakes
- A social individual who isn't afraid to converse with us inside and out of raids.
- Don’t be a drama llama
- A player dedicated to achieving synergy with the guild and understanding we work as a team, not for our own personal gain. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts is a good definition of this.
