[A] <Frequency> EU Alonsus (25 Man)
Hello there
Frequency is a well established 25man raiding guild. The majority of the guild have played together for well over 2 years. Our main focus is progressing through end game content. We have some expectations of ourselves and our members and always aim to clear all content and hardmodes that Blizzard decide to give us, while having some fun at the same time.
We have 5 scheduled raid nights should there be enough content to last.
Sunday 20:00-23:30 st
Monday 20:00-23:30 st

The main things we look for in people are:
Commitment
We run a small raid team so we don't need to bench raiders very often. Because of this you need to be able to raid as many nights per week as you can manage and give as much notice as possible when you can't.
Dedication
The ability to always pick yourself up after each wipe and keep trying. Our progression should be your No. 1 priority.
Preparation
Be ready to raid on time with any consumables and possible talent tree respecs you need. The guild provides cauldrons and food for each raid and every Raider is expected to contribute to the mats required for these by depositing gold or mats in the guild bank on a regular basis.
Reliability
Whilst disconnects are an unavoidable part of the game, ensuring your pc is up to the job and that you're not dc'ing every few minutes is necessary. Equally you need to accept, without drama, that if you do dc repeatedly during a raid you will be replaced.
Knowledge
No-one will ever know everything, but this isn’t a levelling guild. Know how your character works and research new boss fights as best you can. We expect our raiders to be able to get the most out of their character during raids, respond positively to advice or criticism and make changes to gameplay or spec to assist the raid if the encounter requires it.
Communication
From getting to know your fellow guildies, to calling out important information in a boss fight, being able to communicate properly with those around you is essential. Etiquette is equally important and showing respect for your fellow guildies is paramount. Our members are of all ages and from several european countries.
A sense of humour
As much as you need everything above, everyone raiding is still just another person. Being able to laugh along or make a few jokes yourself is very important to creating a friendly and fun guild atmosphere.
