yes, render your videos at 1920x1072. if you upload a 1920x1080 video, it will get artifacts from the youtube renderer trying to size it down. Originally Posted by Plaincow
also use h264 codec if you're not. find a guide for the encoder setting that are optimal. there are a lot of various ones you can use. prob not your best bet using the son vegas internal encoder either. use vegas to output a non encoded video file, then use meGUI to do the actual h264 encode for the final product video.

thanks for the tip. ive heard others do the 1072 change but i wasnt sure if it worked. ill be sure to try it out next vid, thanks!
