Build me an awesome comp please.

So..I don't know much about computers even though I use it a lot which is quite sad...so I'm asking if you guys could build me a good computer that won't lag while running multiple programs like WoW, SC2, some other games at the same time without experiencing lag.
My current specs I know right now are
Intel Core Quad CPU Q8300 2.50GHz
    6.00GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 thats all I know, lol.
My budget is around 800-900. And I don't think I'd need an i-7 cause people been saying they don't make a difference from an i-5 except like the 200-300 dollar cost..

    Please help

edit; add www infront of cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1D28T3 should i make any adjustments to it like overclocking the cpu 30% and maybe a better cooling system?
i'm aiming to run about 16 maplestories and 2 wow without lag. and just background internet stuff watching dramas or w/e. i increased my budget to 1000-1100

I'm going to assume you're in the US, and that's US$, not CA$ or AU$.

You should be able to squeeze the following tower into your budget:

    Intel Core i5 2300 (2.8Ghz), 2400 (3.1Ghz) or 2500 (3.3Ghz) - pick one that meets your budget
    Gigabyte/ASUS P67 motherboard (Avoid H67) e.g. P8P67-LE or the GA-P67A-UD3R
    8GB (2 x 4GB) 1333MHz DDR3 RAM e.g. Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9
GeForce GTX 460 1GB (Avoid the 768MB and SE)
    1TB 7200RPM SATA HDD e.g. Western Digital WD1002FAEX or Samsung HD103SJ
DVD-RW (unless you can/want to transfer your existing one)
    Quality PSU e.g. Corsair HX-650

That should leave you with ~$100 for a case, which will ultimately be down to a matter of personal preference. Though you can't go wrong with either the Antec Nine Hundred Two or the CoolerMaster 692.

Sounds pretty good except for that if he should "avoid H67" that would be for the purpose of overclocking only, since that is what H67 can't do. If going for P67 chipset and having some overclocking in mind, go for an i5-2500K, emphasis on the K.

Looking at your current pc why dont you just do a cheap upgrade ie better gpu and see what performance you get from that. Dont get somthing overkill though as it can cause bottlenecking.

I have a 2nd pc with simular specs i put in a ati 5850 and it looks very nice. Try that first then if that dont work out. Use the gpu you bought in your new build.

8 gig of ram is not needed. 4 gig is plenty for wow and alot of the new games out there. Try the gpu and see what you get you might be surprised.

The GTX 460 768MB is a great card, best bang for the buck in its price range to be exact. You can grab it for less than $110 on newegg after MIR, even less on some other sites. It is about $50+ cheaper than the 1GB version but it performs only 10% slower, if that.

You may as well spend the extra $25 or so it is for a P67 instead of H67. Even if you don't get a K version, you can still turbo up to 4x100MHz OC the other i5's and all the H67 gives is integrated graphics, which is a waste if you buy a graphics card.
But yes, you are right, if you are going for an i5 get the 2500K, its worth the extra little bit of cash (especially if you go for normal i5 2500, saving of ~$20 for nothing).
Also, you can easily afford an i5 2500K and a P67 mobo on a $8-900 budget. You would probably just need to spend a little less on the graphics card like 6850 or around that price point. BUT at least you know that next upgrade in a year or 2 you will only need to upgrade the graphics card then.

Another question, lets say I want to run like 16 maplestorys, 2 WoW, and League of Legends to play in the background. Would
    newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229198
cover my needs very well without lag?

I'm not even going to answer that question because that computer is seriously overpriced. The new sandy bridge CPUs are superior in may ways, best of all, they are cheaper. All you need is $900-1,000US in order to do what you said, best thing to do is go to a website that lets you customize your own build or better yet, build it yourself.

Australia use pounds, don't they? Assuming you mean Australia by "AU$", Austria use Euros.

    cyberpowerpc.com/system/CyberPower_P67_Configurator/
Then click load on the left and 1D28U2
    Those are my settings that I configured. Could anyone give me some feedback and tell me if that is good or not? I'm not entirely sure on the small things I do need. I ordered a windows 7 64 bit premium also since I'll prob need it. If I overclock the cpu should I get a EVGA Superclocked on the GTX460? I did not get a monitor either yet T_T;
Sorry for all these questions and such, I'm new to computer specs.

I dunno about paying for them to do the OC, seems like a waste of money to me. As you can just google how to OC the new chips(not to mention they are designed to OC easily). Everything else seems fine. Throw the extra $50 you save from not getting them to OC it for you and put it into better GPU maybe.
Definately get 64 bit or you will be wasting 4GB of your RAM.

Your current computer isn't too bad. Get a new graphics card first, and if its performance doesn't please you order a new computer.
