The two best raids in all of WoW would be Karazhan and Ulduar.
However, I have spent so much time in Karazhan that I don't think I want to go back just yet. Maybe next expansion. We need to give it more time to become old and distant. I know it is two expansions ago now, but I ran that place so much that it is still fresh in my memory.

No, actually what should have been a tier 9 raid in the first place - The Old Kingdom raid. It still has its potential, only that reviving Anub'Arak again is not a way to go...

i would say ULDUAR, but i just want a raid in uldum like Ulduar which imo WILL happen in 4.2 :P cant wait for it tbh.
