So, why can't mages AP and PoM together?

Mages used to ap,pyro,pom,pyro and kill people instantly.

Hahaha this reminds me of my days on quel danas, whenever i would leave i would put up a portal then ap,pyro,pom,pyro some random ally in a building kill them and immediatly click on the port thus avoiding a strong raping from the guards ^_^

Because I'm questionning weither or not the change should be reverted. Season 5 is over, and therefore, perhaps is it a good idea to revert an obvious what seemed like a big "rage nerf" along with nerfing 3 other arcane spells. Arcane is, currently, far from being viable in PvP, and it'd be a neat little addition to PvE.
