Cool beans, this likely means that the timer is/will be back as well. I haven't been keeping up on the PTR stuff TBH so maybe I'm being Captain Obvious but if they are going to re-introduce the bear in one form or another, I do hope it is timed like it used to be and there is a corresponding Herald of the Titans ilvl cap to go with it.
