Help me improve (WoL available)

Hi guys,

I play in a mid-level 10-man guild on Misha - you can armory me, my toon has the same name as my account here. My main toon was a paladin in BC and WoTLK and bored with the light, I started playing a lock for Cataclysm.

I am always left with the feeling that I could have done better in most raids that I go to these days. I've linked my WoL parse from a couple of nights ago (I only did Chimaeron that night, had to log off after that). Did about 17.1K, though I probably should be doing much more. Can an experienced lock (or locks) please give me a critique on how my numbers can improve? You can also check out the previous night, when we did heroic Halfus and some other fights in BoT, but I was demo for that night.

Specifically I have a couple of questions :

a) While playing destro, when backdraft procs are used up, is it still worthwhile to incinerate if it will delay your Conflag by a second or so ?

b) As demo, is it worthwhile to delay Meta for 10-20secs for Demon Soul to come off CD and vice versa if DS comes of CD first?

As Destruction, it seems that casting Conflagrate is more important than using the remaining Backdraft charges.

As Demonology, personally I tend to wait for both finishing their cooldowns if they are close enough, so that Immolation Aura can benefit from Demon Soul: Felguard. I'd say waiting for 10 seconds is worth while at least, however I don't have anything to back this up.

Elitist Jerks actually suggests using the Succubus for single target DPS as Demonology, but I still usually raid with the Felguard, so can't really say anything about that.

Er... Not entirely sure how that is important, but I'll assume that was directed to me and respond anyway

Synapse strings are macroed to Incinerate.

1 - Main nuke (incinerate or Shadowbolt)
Shift-1 - Alternate nuke (Incinerate for MC procs as demo, SB for destro, which I don't use after patch)
2 - Conflag (destro),
3 - Corruption
4 - Immo
5 - BoA
e - Chaos Bolt (destro), HoG (demo), Haunt (Aff)
T - Main AoE (RoF, Hellfire, or SoC)
Shift-A - Soul Fire
Shift-T - BoD
Shift-3 - Shadowburn
Shift-q - DC
Shift-E - Any interrupt (spell lock, pet stun)
Shift-S - Demon Soul
Shift-4 - Immo aura
q - Meta
F1 - HoT
F2 - Felstorm
C - Cleanse/Devour
z - Life tap
v - Drain Life
b - Shadowflame
g, Shift-g - Fel armor, Demon armor
Shift-q - Shadowbolt as destro (dont use it)
ctrl + keys = pet summons...

for every % extra dmg in demonform, u gain an additional 0.15% dmg when using demonsoul during meta.
+50% dmg in meta --> 22.5% dmg gained from demonsoul during meta
+100% dmg in meta-->30% dmg gained
+150% dmg in meta-->37.5% dmg gained
+0% dmg in meta--> 15% dmg gained
If the extra dmg can make up for the loss u make when waiting, then go for it, otherwise, use on cd.
