As the title implies, we are currently seeking one exceptional Warlock and Ele Shaman to finish out our Cataclysm raiding core. Applicants will be expected to raid immediately.


<Crisp> currently leads all 25m progression on US-Baelgun.

While we are focusing our search to a highly skilled / geared Warlock and Ele Shaman, we are also always interested in -any- highly skilled players who wish to join. Prospective players should fill out an application at the website or pst an officer in-game. All applicants are expected to complete the application thoroughly. We give considerable thought to all applicants who meet our standards.


Guild Outline
We are a raiding guild that focuses more on enjoying the raiding scene as a team, and as friends, more than anything else. We do not care about gear, because it is plentiful and replaceable. We raid four nights a week, with 10 / 25 alt runs and PvP on the weekends.

What <Crisp> expects from its members?
We demand that our members come prepared and ready to raid. Raid spots are earned in the guild, not awarded. If you are not pulling your weight you will be replaced. This is our commitment to excellence. We understand everyone makes mistakes, we just ask that you learn from them and try not to repeat them on a daily basis.

Recruit Requirements
Your recruitment could last two to four weeks, depending on how busy our GM and officers are with learning HM fights. We expect nearly 100% attendance during this period. While flasks, potions, food, and repairs are all covered by the Guild, we ask that you carry your own stock of consumables just in case.

Loot Distribution
We use a strict, no-QQ Loot Council comprised of the GM, the three officers, and two randomly selected (rotating) guild.

All "off" nights can be used to run alt raids, PvP, etc. We encourage you to play with your guild mates as often as possible, and to participate frequently when you are able to.
