[H] Lost Society - 25 man Heroic raiding, 3 days a week

Lost Society is a semi hardcore raiding guild formed on Shattered Halls Europe from experienced core raiding group that played together throughout whole Wrath of the Lich King expansion, as part of Cause And Effect, right after the latter one became a purely social guild. We are a PvE guild, focused on progressing and clearing endgame content. The guild has been founded in patch 3.2, very quickly rushing to realm's top 5 with fast and efficient progression. We managed to get bunch high ranked kills, including realm's 2nd Fall of the Lich King (25 player) and realm's 3rd 11/12 ICC 25 Heroic. After that we decided to take a break from raiding until Cataclysm. Now we're back as a Cataclysm 25-man Heroic raiding guild. So far in Cataclysm, we managed to get couple of high ranked Heroic kills, including Omnitron Defense System, Valiona & Theralion and - most notably - Realm's First Nefarian Heroic.
What do you need to know
we are not interested in average. We don't spend much time raiding compared to other guilds which means we need quality over quantity to achieve progress. If you don't know your stuff, don't apply - as easy as that.
drama queens need not apply. We have no time for that.
raiding days are:
Wednesday 20:30 - 23:30
Sunday 20:30 - 23:30
Monday 20:30 - 23:30
Tuesday 20:30 - 23:30 (optional night used mostly during progression)
serious approach to raiding - we want to see as much endgame content as possible, with preference on 'everything'. We expect our raiders to come prepared - if you like to get carried over kills, it's not a guild for you.
communicative English skills - it's impossible to coordinate people if they can't/won't/are afraid to speak. You are required to have Ventrilo and use it, including both listening and informing if something goes wrong.
minimum attendance of three raids per week during progression
strong sense of raid awareness and ability to react and adapt quickly
treating other people both inside and outside guild with respect is a must, being a jerk won't get you far
ability to get the most out of your class, gear and stuff. Doing impossible things strongly recommended.
