Chimaeron heroic question

Heya, my curiosity just rang in, me and my guild are progressing on Chimaeron heroic right now, and the only thing that is killing us other than mistakes we are aware of, and phase 2, is the weird RNG timing on feuds.. So I was wondering, is it completely random whether its on the 2nd or 3rd massacre, that the robot goes offline and Chimaeron, that lil rascal, starts fighting himself? Or is there some sort of consistancy?
