Lately, I noticed that Blizzard is just ignoring their community completely. I hope they still remember that we, players, made this game so awesome, not Blizzard. I mean seriously, when was the last time you were excited about changes in the game? Personally, I don't remember when. Anyways I'll just give a list of common things that should've been done months ago and promises that Blizzard just forgot about.
1. Trees - some Azeroth zones have nice updated treetops while majority of others are just horrible looking. I guess they ran out of time and money to finish.
2. New Dances - Blizzcon, do you remember?
3. Updated old playable character models - this should've been done with the release of Cataclysm expansion.
4. Bank Space - more bank space and better way to store items. Ex. armor sets, different on use items and many more.
5. BGs for leveling - possible, however, very boring and completely unbalanced for majority of 1-80 content.
6. Acountbound achievements - majority of hardcore players don't want to make new character to play different role because of achievements. Why achievements are still character only is just unacceptable.
7. Housing - promised in vanilla and canceled shortly after for reasons unknown. 6 years later, still nothing. Guess Blizzard and innovation are no longer related.
8. Botters -

Anyways, small things over time add up to one huge boring experience and looks like this is where WoW is heading.
