EMS delivery service, someone signed for item but it wasn't you!

I bought item and my item were delivered via EMS delivering service, yesterday I noticed that it's saying that it's been signed by 'me', but I havn't signed anything or received any item. I have tried to contact EMS, but can't find any valid email and phone what's on contact list in their website is completly weird (I guess it's for China or other country). has anyone experienced same?

Yeah i thought it happened yesterday, my ipod touch 4g was meant to come yesterday and logged onto the site this morning to see where it was and it said "signed and delivered"....naturally I went into panic mode as it's £250 worth of kit....my mum was winding me up...she had it..

Is it possible to get refund back via bank ( Barclays UK ), if shop havn't delivered item to me or tried to scam me?
