What we expect from you:
We only accept people who are 18+, very rare exceptions may be made, however.
We expect you to have 355 equipped itemlevel, at the moment only epic pvp weapons are allowed, no pvp gear in other slots. Your gear is fully gemmed and enchanted, and reforged to the most optimal stats for your spec/raid role.
You should be able to maintain 85% or more attendance, we're not looking for people to join only 1-2 raids per week. Missing a raid or two raid once a month is not much of a problem, we expect you to have a bit of a personal life, too .
We prefer people with 10/12 raid experience in normal modes, and obviously have the achievements to back it up. Having 6/12 experience is an absolute minimum if you dont have pre-wrath raiding experience.
Pre ICC experience, and especially pre-wrath experience is a very big plus, 'proud kingslayers' aren't so popular.
We also expect people to be fluent in English, have a working ventrilo 3.0 and microphone, and not be afraid to use them.
