Gigabyte GTX 560 OC 1GB GDDR5 Dual DVI Mini HDMI Out PCI-E or the TI version?

So I'm starting to build a new PC from scratch and was wondering what's better out of the two? Bare in mind the http://www.ebuyer.com/product/253958 is on sale

Any other suggests are welcome, willing to spend up to around £700-800 on everything.

There is no regular edition, they just forgot to add the "Ti".

Well, if I recall EVGA's lifetime warranty doesn't apply in Europe/UK so either is fine.
