Lifeblood cd change

Noticed on the PTR 4.1 changes for Lifeblood

Herbalism
* Lifeblood now has a 2 min cooldown, up from 20 sec.

It already is 2 minutes. Something here I am missing?

I was gonna say if I could have been self healing and getting haste every 20 seconds I should have macro'd this with my attack spell.

earlier PTR build (not live) had it at 20 seconds.

yea someone forgot to type the 1 in 120 seconds cd on the ptr build, nothing to be concerned about.

LOL, i saw this change and was like whoa wait that was a 20 sec cd, how the crap did i miss that! It would have made that spell so much more desirable.
