Bloodshield and other absorptions

Hee hello all!
As a huge fan of the Bloodshield mastery of a Blood Death Knight, I've been trying to find out everything about the mechanics behind this.
Now I was talking to a guildy about this, and we ended to the question:
What will be absorbed first, our Bloodshield or another shield provided by a healer?

Iirc the shield with the lowest duration will be absorbed first.

That would make sense yes, I thought that aswell, but still maybe mechanics prove otherwise.
