It turns out that this game was either a hoax, Or was really only a 1 cartridge thing. This group is actually trying to create it 5/3/11 was their last update{English style}, So maybe it has some hope to actually be released. Hoorah!

Actually if you look closely, you can see red dots on their faces. Raikou has 4 dots on the corners of his muzzle(the blue star thingy), Entei has 3 dots on the yellow crest on his forehead and 2 dots on his "mustache" and Suicune has 6 dots on his hexagonal crest on his forehead.

I don't get the one with Ho-Oh and Wobbuffet.

Wobbuffet is what you are led to think to be his tail - The body is just a punching bag.

Ho-oh thing is just a visual illusion, in that the "blue" outline is his known face while the red outline is meant to be a hidden "preceivable" face.
- The hidden face's wide open eye is just behind the mohawk
- The rown is the hidden face's "haircut" coming out from his beak/nose.
- The real head is the hidden face's open/smiling mouth/beak.
