If you consider racials then:
Enhancement: Orc
Elemental, Resto: Troll, Goblin
Tauren racials are maybe useful for PvP but not for PvEI can stand the sight of worms,
And look at microscopic germs,
But Technicolor pachyderms,
Is really too much for me.

Personally i like the tauren, but i'd say go with whichever you like the look of the most. Racial wise it would either be troll or goblin though as they'd be most usefull in arena i think.

Goblin - reduces the 916 haste checkpoint to around 785 plus you have a CD to propel yourself forward several yards which can be very helpful in raids.

For PvP: Tauren > Goblin > Troll
For PvE with focus on Mastery: Goblin > Troll > Tauren
If you don't care for the 1% haste really Choose Troll over Goblin since they have the cooldown for better healing burst, which is quite needed in a raid environment. Nature's Swiftness really doesn't cut it.Armory: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte...ealar/advanced

In short Troll works all three ways with berserking. It makes you attack with spells faster, attack with melee faster an heal yourself or others faster.

PvP: Tauren, Troll, Goblin, Orc.
This ofc is for Resto.
Enhancement would be
PvE: Orc, Troll, Goblin, Tauren
PvP: Troll, Tauren, Orc, Goblin.
Thats just my preference all the racials are interchangeably good, it's really your choice.

Go tauren so you can herb and grief people with you +1 billion to herbing speed
the frequent visitors of uldum will fear your name as you fly towards a herb they are going for! plus taurens look wicked sick in endgame gear.

Orc has good racial but so does troll and if you look at the theorycrafting troll racial is going to be better in higher tiers, probably the next tier even, since it scales with your other stats. So I say Troll > Orc > Goblin > Tauren. I chose goblin though because I think it looks sick as a shaman enh spec!
