If you put it on an Arcane Mage, the only thing that happens is that two people get 3% haste...and that's it. The casting Warlock doesn't see increased DoT damage, neither does the Mage, and the Boomkin, Spriest, and Fire Mage are all twiddling their thumbs wanting to punch a half baked apple pie just cause it'd feel better than an Arcane Mage with DI.

You mean the data which is wildly skewed by ridiculous gimmick / AoE fights such as Omnitron, Halfus, Magmaw and Maloriak?

Data is "wildly skewed" by an entire freaking third of the tier? That takes a hell of a perspective to arrive at.

I guess the solid performance on Magmaw, Chim, Atramedes, Nefarian, Valiona, Council, Chogall (top spot!), and Conclave is to be completely ignored in your spot.

The only marginal fight is Al'Akir, where we're still middle of the pack as Fire. Really, this has been a very, very good Mage tier if you're content with playing Fire. But, for some people, anything other than topping every fight will be a source of endless tiers. Particularly players whose own performance is less than impressive...
