A bug where sometimes someone will just fall through the floor?

We use our ret pally to "kite" and control the adds in phase 1 and last night, for no reason at all, he just dropped through the floor and fell into a lava pool.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Did he actually dropped through the floor? Because if you go at the edge of the platform near the wall there are some gaps where you can fall in lava.

ooh, really? We've NEVER had it happen before, and I don't think he did anything wildly different, but I'll ask him. It's possible he goes quite near the edge of the wall as we like to try and have the adds all die over on the North side and in a nice cluster. I'll ask him, if that is the case then thanks for the heads up, we've never noticed it before and at least we can warn him now.

Guilds were killing heroic nefarian with the tank sitting in the lava the entire fight because the adds somehow bugged out but didnt evade. Ive completely lost count on the amount of bugs this floor in question has resulted in, but its ridiculously high.

This can happen for no reason at all, sorry.
