To be honest - 3 tanks is the safe method, but using 2 tanks will be a given dps increase. Since you're already using " 2 tanks " have one of 'em go DPS" since it's gonna be a huge dps increase and it doesn't really matter if the other tank is tank specced or not cause if Double Atack can't be handled too well it's pretty much a RNG race.

Phase 1: Tank A ( Break soaker ) --- Tank B ( Double Atk ) Note: It's important that your healers are aware of the DA tank and that he's topped of especially when the Breaks from feud stack up high.

Feud: Tank B ( Feud tank ) -- Tank A ( Stacks with the raid ) Note: Since you'll probably face a couple of Feuds it's recommended to have a rotation of cooldowns. If you're not too well geared it's very important to execute this correctly.

Rinse and repeat

The way this occur is that the Feud phase is and will be RNG on heroic and a setup --> Cooldown <--- rotation is of utmost importancy ( speaking from a Healing perspective ) You'll never be 100% assured that you'll enter a Feud without Break stacks and since you actually got quite the setup for it, there shouldn't be any initial problems.

Feud 1. Make use of your tanks own personal cooldowns and sure that he's topped off before when the DA occur ( if you want to ensure that he doesn't die, designate a tank healer and keep the other 2 on the raid )

Feud 2. If you're lucky, you'll enter the 2nd feud without break stack. But worst case scenario is that you'll probably have 2 stacks. for this we used Pain Suppression and our disc priest tank healing since the damage mitigation + the stacking Divine Aegis reduced the damage significantly.

Feud 3. Same as feud 2, for this we had our paladin use Lay on Hands on the tank, and had our disc priest shield him as much as possible. Also the paladin used the Bubble + Hand of Sacrifice to give damage reduction.

Feud 4. Since this probably should be your last feud phase cooldowns should be ready and up again for use. Just repeat the steps mentioned.

Since this fight rely on the power of RNG there is really no actual safe method ( except for x3 tanking ) but that may cause your raid suffer in the last phase with a bad transition. More DPS = less chances of feud and better chances you'll knock him down to 20%.

Good Luck and hope you kill him ! : )
