Yeah i have no clue what mannenabo was talking about. That's house music with a wobbly baseline. It's not down tempo at all. That excision mix is insane but it will also make your skull rattle, which is how I like it. So far most comprehensive post here is from Aturbus. I usually dig UKF stuff. Only thing you left off the list is "pop" dubstep like katie b and even the new britney spears song has a quick little dubstep bit in it. Also check out some good drumstep.
