Phased are a relatively new guild to Darksorrow who, in a short period of time, have progressed through the entirety of the normal mode encounters in the the first tier of Cataclysm and now look for like minded people to help us progress through heroic modes and beyond.
Expectations:
Like any respectable raiding guild we require any possible recruit to fulfill criteria in order to be considered.
Be prepared: we expect raiders to come with buff food/flasks whenever needed as well as have a good understanding of any encouter that is likely to be faced during that night. A stable internet connection: a disconnected raider is as good as dead. Communication: we raid using skype to encourage more communication, this is required and a microphone is prefered. Enjoyment: if you find raids to be more of a chore than fun then this is not the place for you.
We expect a minimum raid attendance of 3/4 a week with 4/4 being preferable. Going over the 23:00 raid time is a possibility but this is only if we're close to a progression kill.
Looting:
We use EPGP as our form of loot distribution. We feel this rewards players for dedication to raiding and gives the best way of sharing loot as equally as possible.
