Take a look at mine. Just started with the cata raiding. Dont seem to be running into too many mana problems but I havnt done any hard fights yet. Innervate seems to take care of me pretty well. Wondering about empowered touch I dont really use it that much. Wondering if I should spec out of it.

you should probably not be in pvp gear if you are asking for advice on your PvE readiness. unless that is your pve gear in which case you really need to go farm some heroics first and foremost. once you have done that then come ask.
