You think Blizz has ever taken into account that even tho "insert change" is "working as inteded" that it is still undesirable, or otherwise just a bad change?? instead of just blowing off the player base or caving in completely they just use the billions of dollars they make a year to fix the things that are obv broken?

I would say that any change Blizzard makes won't have a 100% approval rating, it's just that usually the minority is the most vocal. Blizzard has also said on certain area's that they messed up.

Blizzard makes frequent use of the phrase "working as intended", forum bans, and the term "vocal minority" to deflect issues, that doesn't mean they don't acknowledge them though

What about the tiny outside chance that people complain about a purposely designed mechanic and it is indeed working as they intended it to?
