Bread+ ketchup

If you have ever had a hotdog or a burger with ketchup you have eaten just bread and ketchup at some point. Theres always a corner that doesnt have any meat in you just nibble out the way :P

I don't eat bread and ketchup on their own willingly though, nor bread and mayo. If i really cba to make a sandwich, i just get a slice of bread, throw some marmalade on it and fold it in half. Instant sandwich. Mayo and scotch eggs is a good combination.

I've moved more onto brown sauce with my sarnies now days though...

I've had bread'n'ketchup since I was five. instead of turkey and all those other fixings, I get a whole pan of dinner rolls and a fresh bottle of my favorite condiment all to myself every Thanksgiving.

I used to think Ketchup, Catsup and all it's variants were disgusting - until I had had Calamari with a Curry Ketchup dip. That stuff is pure win.

Can't say I'd try it on plain, untoasted bread, though.

Let a German tell you: Ketchup is most valid second choice, right after mustard. Well, technically at least... first place is currysauce[Currywurst ftw], mustard is second, but as the typical currysauce is made from ketchup I think it's fair to at least give it second place.

So yeah, Ketchup is correct on bratwurst.

Not sure if you're thinking of the stuff they put use for Currywurst and the like, but curry itself is as close to "spiced ketchup" as Christianity is to the Chinese culture.
