How do I make it so It will pop up the texture when the buff (Water Shield) is missing?

I've been playing with this for a while, but can't figure it out.

There's a short guide to setting that very alert up here
Make sure you check the 'Invert' box.
The person who wrote the guide gives the direct import string too if you don't want to configure manually.
