I don't know, I like it. The "History will be made" campaign was really great, but it couldn't go on forever. Have you seen the Tim Thomas or Pavel Datsyuk videos of the new slogan? They give you the same chills as the old ones did, but with the realization that the playoffs are right around the corner.

i'm just frustrated, but honestly, i would rather them piss away a season, than to piss away another fucking playoffs. i will always be true to san jose, they were the first team i really enjoyed watching the sport. well thats not entirely true, i actually started to enjoy the sport when i was stationed on ft wainwright, just outside of fairbanks, ak. loved going to the university games, sit right behind the college seats, and route for the other teams, me and my battle buddy (god rest his soul) loved to just piss off the fairbanks students. a fond memory that will be with me until my grave. he introduced me to hockey, and at that point i started to route for the kings, but once san jose was inducted into the nhl, and they were the closest team to my home town, i gave myself to them like a virgin. anyways, they're complete and utterly pissing me off this season. i mean they had an absolute great start, that turned into an embarrassment. oh well, i just keep telling myself, "maybe next year". i guess i just get to tell myself that again.

season isnt over yet, although, we all know, they'll just choke in the playoffs anyways. if they even make it.

fyi, i'm drunk, so excuse the rambling.
