What's with the Wild man? Suddenly losing 4-1 to the Oilers of all teams?
And the Wings decided to show up during the third period, Marcelos! And.. still lost. :[
The Wild are the surprise of the NHL thus far this season (although an argument can be made for florida taking this distinction) and we are now seeing them falling back to the pack. They are a team with great goaltending and team defense but they really have trouble scoring goals, and you cannot win in this league without some nice scoring depth. I think the slide of the Wild will continue.
A fight three seconds into the game.
Who's watching the world juniors?
red panda red panda red panda!
So my GF is a Rangers fan and I went with her to the Rangers vs. Flyers game last night because she never went to a game before. Glad she got to see her team win. I saw a goal go in the net (so did a thousand others) from the complete opposite end of the ice; the fucking referees missed the puck. They actually let the play continue for 15 seconds after the goal was scored! How do some of these guys still have jobs? I swear to God I should go become a ref; I might not do a great job, but at least I'm not blind or retarded.
In other news some guy wearing a Van Riemsdyk jersey got bitched out the entire game from some Rangers fan.
hi im from south africa , the closest thing we have to ice here is what we put in our drinks on 50c days & nights, i watched mighty ducks last
week & found hockey fasinating. any way i can make a ice rink?
ron wilson gets a contract extension
So, whats everyones opinion on the bruins as of lately? Seems they can score on will and their layered defense gives other teams nightmares. Goaltending too, Thomas and Rask are #1 and #2 on Save% and Thomas tied for 1st in shutouts.

Just the +6 goal games we've had so far.
Ignoring your avatar right now, the Bruins are putting up serious numbers. We have the most goals scored in the entire league. And the Lowest goals against in the entire league. Looking forward to Jan. 7th, Hopefully we will run up 6 goals on Luongo too
