Turris, Hoffman, and Karlsson. Probably losing Duchene, maybe Stone, and somehow no 2018 first rounder.

Yeah and if San Jose manages to sign Karlsson they have no 1st round pick for the next 3 years. In the world of a salary cap that could sting on down the road.
Why Ottawa didn't give up that pick last season I will never know
Pre-season hockey tonight! I might actually watch a pre-season game for the first time in probably two decades.
I have now watched 2 pre-season games in 2 nights. Starving for some hockey.
I'm about to watch a 3rd preseason game in a week. Maybe even a fourth, tomorrow, with the home-and-home with the Leafs.
Yeah it's idiotic but apparently they were watching Tkatchuk all last year and wanted him badly. I don't understand how you could want him over a 50% chance of Hughes but maybe Melnyk just imagines Hughes would ask for something ridiculous being a first pick anyway. Ottalogic.

I think Buffalo is a couple years away from being more than a potential wild card but Dahlin seems pretty fun to watch.

Yeah must have meant 2019.
Its a real bummer that the NHL will be missing my favorite thing, people hitting Corey Perry. I don't think this video will tide me over for five months.
This one helps too.

My favourite moment of winning the WCF 2 years ago was seeing Corey Perry sob like a baby on the bench.
Did you just say Nazem Kadri isn't dirty??!?
LOL. I mean, he's not Price, but he's not clean.
Edit to add: he only avoids suspensions because the NHL disciplinary board, made up of ex-enforcers, aren't willing to suspend a proven goal scorer. If they're just dirty players, suspend them for light sentences - but if they put points on the board, let them do whatever the fuck they want.

Ok Kadri probably isnt the best example to use considering he got suspended for a dirty play in Toronto's one playoff series this past year.
I'll be honest, I'm not sure I can think of anyone that has changed their game due to suspensions.
Tom Wilson is the new Raffi Torres.
