I've found nerd is just a quick comeback for people when they get butthurt after getting beat. Because obviously if you can beat them then you must be a nerd who plays 24/7 because thats the only way to beat their awesome skills.

I for one embrace my inner nerd. I only play 2 hours on average of games a night but I'm still super geeky.

I look at is this way: I'd rather have 9 girls laugh at me for being nerdy but find the 1 that is just as nerdy as I am.
